Holds an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) degree from Bahcesehir University School of Law in Istanbul, Turkey.  He also holds an LL.M. (Masters in Law) degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
